Report Parameters

Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Separate By Building Code	When enabled, the system separates the records by building type in the report.
Start Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
End Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
Report Options	Available options include the following: With Cancellations - Generates a report with records of cancellation status. With Company/Group Info - Generates a report with company/group information. With Canc/Wait List + Cmpy/Grp Info - Generates a report with records of cancellation/waitlist status and include company/group information. With Deposits Only - Generates a report with deposit details only. Reservations Only - Generates a report with records of reservations only. Actual - Generates a report with actual records.
Sort Options	Available options include the following: Guest Name - Sorts the report by guest name. Room Number - Sorts the report by room number. Room Block Order - Sorts the report by order of room blocks.
Print Red Flag Guest Comments	When enabled, the system includes red flag guest comments.
Building Codes	A drop-down list consisting of all the building codes. All building records created in the Building Codes (Settings à Setup à Room à Building Codes) screen are displayed as options in the drop-down list. Users can select multiple or all the building codes from the list to be displayed in the report generated.
Area Codes	A drop-down list consisting of all the area codes. Users can select multiple or all the area codes from the list to be displayed in the report generated.

Report Fields

Field	Description
Guest Name	The last name and first name of the guest added to the reservation will appear as a hyperlink and clicking it will navigate the user to the guest record.
Status	The status of the reservation.
#Ngt	Number of nights of stay.
Type	The room type selected for the reservation.
Rms	Number of rooms associated with the reservation.
A/Y/C	Number of adults, youths, children in the reservation are displayed.
Rate	The rate of the room type selected for the reservation.
GTD	Indicates whether the guest reservation is guaranteed.
Balance	The amount that must be received from the guest.
Room#	The room number of the guest.
RmCondt	The condition of the room can be: Inspected Clean Dirty Pick Up Housekeeper in room
Share	Indicates whether the reservation is a shared reservation.
VIP	The code that identifies the VIP type of the guest at the property.
Wsale	Indicates whether the reservation is made by a wholesaler.
Total Arrival Records
Reservations	The total number of reservations in the selected date range.
Rooms Arriving (Bedded)	The total number of bedded rooms reserved.
Total Resv. Gtd	The total number of guaranteed room reservations.
Total Resv. Non-Gtd	The total number of non-guaranteed room reservations.
Total Adults	The total number of adults in all the reservations.
Total Youths	The total number of youths in all the reservations.
Total Children	The total number of children in all the reservations.
Total	The total number of guests in all the reservations.
